Our Mission

The Teaching and Learning Center is dedicated to providing quality staff development to all educators and career service employees throughout Alachua County. Our goal is to serve Alachua County with the tools and technology necessary to become more effective educators throughout the 21st century.

Our Goals

To provide staff development for instructional staff members that will enhance curriculum development by using technology in the classroom.

To provide professional development programs for career service employees that will streamline common tasks and enhance the working environment.

To provide support services enabling follow up and implementation.

TLC is brought to you by Alachua County Public Schools. It is conveniently located at the Sivia Center on NE 53rd Avenue (at the corner of Waldo Road).
