For your convenience and continued education with Infinite Campus, we have linked some helpful documents below.

Attendance

This course will cover the attendance entry & verification process including the Attendance Wizard, Daily Attendance, Classroom Monitor, attendance reports, and student information.

Behavior

This course will cover student discipline entry. This includes inquiry of student information, behavior events, roles, resolutions, behavior letters, and related reports.

Building Administrator

This training session will cover searching studing information, entering school notices, sending e-mail and phone messages, using Campus Messenger and entering behavior events.

Counselor

This course will provide an overview of Campus, student information, and the basics of walk-in scheduling. The second session will include hands-on practice.

Curriculum

This course will provide district-level staff in change of setting up Infinite Campus so that teachers may give grades and standard scores to their students.

Elementary Building Coach

This training is intended to introduce Campus Elementary Coaches to all Campus functions that occur at the building level. Some of the functions that are covered include student registration and enrollment processes, student information, taking attendance, overview of the gradebook, view of the Portal, user communication, health, report card options, ad hoc reporting.

Health User

Site level health staff who will be entering health conditions (asthma), immunizations, screenings and health visits.

Registrar1

Staff that currently manage Census data for students, new families, emergency contacts, and Staff.

Registrar2

Staff that currently manage Census data for students, new families, emergency contacts, and Staff. Staff should have attended Registrar 1 prior to attending this training session.

Schedule Wizard Workshop

A tool designed to load student requests in the master schedule. This tool will take requests that have been made by any of the methods available in Campus.

Schedule Prep, 4 Hour with Course Catalog

Secondary Building Coach

This training is intended to introduce Campus Secondary Building Coaches to all functions that occur at the building level. System

This session will allow Campus administrators to set their tool and calendar rights groups in Conversation 2 so they may be imported into the district-level site.

Teacher Coach

This course will prepare learners to assist teachers in navigation, set up and processes of the Attendance and Instruction functions of Campus. Teaching others on how to take attendance, create a grade book and seating chart, and generate applicable reports.
