Students and Teachers Entering your record into the
Student Registration Database for |

1.
When you click the register link a dialog box will pop up
asking for your User name and Password.
You will receive your username and password from the Science Fair department at Alachua County Public Schools.
If you have not received your password,
please call 352-955-7628 or e-mail Mrs. Warren at warrenze@gm.sbac.edu

2. When you enter the database, the fields will all be marked No Access.
To clear the fields and add your entry, just click on the button at the left of the window to create a new record.
The fields will clear and allow you to enter your information.
3. When you are finished, click the Submit button, also at the left of the screen.
If you must edit your record, please forward your changes to Mrs. Mary Jean Anderson at andersmj@gm.sbac.edu
Thank you for your participation in the Alachua County Region Science Fair.

| Students who are registering as Teams. Be sure to choose the TEAM entry at the top of the form. Designate one person as the TEAM leader. All future information will be sent to the Team leader. Enter team members 2 and 3 at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to include current contact information for all members. Follow the instructions on the form. Call 955-7628 is you have any questions regarding registration or science fair in general. | |
